Flat Giants liquid coolers SAL, EAL, EHL, XAL, XHL

SAL, EAL, EHL, XAL, XHL is a wide range of industrial dry coolers. Dry coolers are often used for cooling down condenser water in air conditioning and refrigeration installations. In the processing industry, dry coolers are suitable for closed circuit cooling of various process liquids. With a wide range of sound pressure level alternatives, these units are particularly suited to demanding, noise sensitive environments.

Standard configuration

  • Finned coil
    Coil configuration optimized according to liquid flow. The extraordinarily efficient performance of the heat exchanger is due to the optimum combination of special profile aluminium fins and copper tubes.

  • Construction
    Frame construction provides protection against vibration and thermal expansion, thanks to the patented SafeTube System. Casing and framework are made of corrosion resistant pre-galvanized steel, epoxy coated white RAL 9003. Special colours are available on request.

  • Fan motors
    High efficiency AC/EC fans for low power consumption, available in three diameters (800, 910 and 950 mm), optimized for different noise levels and suitable for multiple voltage and frequency power supply. The axial fans are equipped with external rotor motors, protection class IP 54 according to DIN 40050. Integrated thermo contacts provide reliable protection against thermal overload. Available either in single or dual fan row.
